Welcome! I’m a passionate ministry leader, researcher, and educator dedicated to exploring the intersection of psychology, theology, and leadership. As a PhD candidate in Psychology and Theology, my work focuses on understanding how calling, identity, and faith shape leadership behaviors, mental health, and organizational effectiveness, particularly in faith-based contexts.
With a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Music Business, I bring a unique interdisciplinary perspective to my work. My academic journey and ministry experience have deepened my commitment to empowering leaders to align their vocation and purpose with their actions, fostering resilience and spiritual growth.

- Consulting: I help faith-based organizations develop leaders, cultivate healthy organizational cultures, and address challenges with research-backed solutions grounded in biblical principles.

A Little More About Me
As an INTJ and Enneagram 5, I thrive on diving deep into complex topics, uncovering meaningful insights, and creating strategic solutions. Outside academia and ministry, I enjoy expressing my creativity through playing the electric guitar and working with music production software like ProTools and Ableton. Music has always been a powerful source of inspiration and a way to connect with others on a deeper level.
